FAQ
Provenate and Xero: common questions
Is the Provenate Xero integration live?
Yes. The Xero connector runs in production today with a Provenate customer.
What syncs between Provenate and Xero?
Sales invoices and the customer contacts they belong to, posted to the Xero accounts mapped at setup. Production, stock and duty records stay in Provenate.
Who sets up the Xero connection?
We do, with you, as part of onboarding, along with data migration and training for your team.
How is A&P spend handled?
A&P accruals are tracked in Provenate against real shipments, per market and distributor, so what you owe is a report rather than a reconstruction.
